Electric Hydraulic Clamshell Grab

ENBL MHSG series electro-hydraulic dual-scoop grabs are specially designed for handling high-density and large-volume materials, covering three major series: MHSG-2/3/4, suitable for material densities ranging from 2.8t/m³ to 1.0t/m³. With a dual-scoop symmetrical structure and intelligent hydraulic system, they achieve excellent performance of “fast grabbing, precise control, low consumption and durability”, and are widely used in port loading and unloading, heavy industry, energy mining and other scenarios.

The MHSG electric hydraulic clamshell grab is suitable for powdery and granular bulk materials such as fertilizer, grain, coal, mineral sand, river sand, and incineration ash. It is designed for use with overhead or gantry cranes.

Powered by its own integrated electro-hydraulic system, the grab performs opening and closing operations independently. This model integrates electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical design systems, offering high automation, energy efficiency, and superior digging and closing forces compared to rope-type grabs of the same specification.
